1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Fursa Intel for Marketing Services, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Fursa Intel”, “we”), trade licence number 1637336. By submitting the quote form or engaging our service you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
Fursa Intel reactivates a client’s dormant leads over WhatsApp, qualifies responses, and books meetings onto the client’s calendar. The specific scope, fees and deliverables of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or quote. [CONFIRM: which document governs the commercial terms]
3. Fees

4. Client responsibilities
If you engage us to work your leads, you are responsible for:
- Owning or having the right to use the lead data you provide.
- Having a valid lawful basis and any required consent or opt-in to contact those leads over WhatsApp, in line with the PDPL and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
- The accuracy of the lead data you supply.

5. No guarantee of results
We apply reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific number of replies, qualified leads, bookings or sales. Any figures shown on this website or in the ROI calculator are illustrative estimates based on inputs you provide, not promised outcomes.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use our service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, or in any way that breaches WhatsApp’s policies or applicable law. We may suspend a campaign that puts our messaging accounts or reputation at risk.
7. Liability

8. Governing law
